It's called Bitcoin Cash. Bcash is a childish attempt to defame it, which says a lot more about its detractors than Bitcoin Cash itself.
I checked my Coinbase account today for the first time in a month and good god is it depressing.
At least Ether is finally back above $600, no thanks to the EOS ico sell off.
I was thinking the same thing about $500 this week.

Almost everything is red today except Ethereum Classic, which, ironically, is probably by far and away the most useless thing on this list.

I can't believe Ether is below $600 again. I blame EOS
Ethereum is very close to going below some major resistance levels. After $550 the next top is $400.
Same with Bitcoin Cash. After it dips below $1k the next stop is $700.
Good God it's a blood bath today.
Has there been a worse month than this in this industry so far?
The weird thing about today is that it followed a couple weeks of awfulness. Usually a big drop or increase like this is followed by relative stability.
Goes through the top hundred to see what is green or red really shows the sheer amount of ridiculousness in this space. WTF, for example, are "cybermiles" and why are they worth close to $100 million dollars?
This is a good point. Forget how many of the top cryptocurrencies are actually worth anything - how many even PRETEND to be? Half of the top 100 are barely more than tongue-in-cheek thinly-veiled scams or cash grabs.
This type of crash could easily be avoided if more people owned cryptocurrencies. Namely, if more were distributed to women instead of just men, there'd be twice as many stakeholders and therefor less volatility.
BTC is heading to it's actual worth, which is zero.
I noticed the detractors always spring up like mushrooms in shit whenever there's a down market.
Word on the street is that Tim Draper and his pals are responsible for the crash so they can buy cheap.
Another rumor is that friends of people in the SEC were involved, knowing that their announcement that Bitcoin and Ethereum aren't securities would initiate a bull market.

I was expecting the SEC news to have a way more positive impact than this. This is really bewildering stuff.

Looks like the market might be stabilizing a little today.
There are coins in the top 100 now with market caps less than $100 million.
I've never seen a sustained decline like this in an asset before.
Even during the worst days of Mt. Gox and all that I don't remember it being this bad.
